How to Nominate Your Favourite Team

We made the nomination process simple, but we want to see your passion shine through. We want to hear the story behind the local squad you love. To enter the competition, fill out the details here.

We accept jpg, png, and webp files, 10MB maximum.

What You Can Win for Your Squad

Proper hydration and good gear make a massive difference on game day. We partnered with Suntory and Gatorade to build the ultimate sideline setup. We are giving away 24 comprehensive Gatorade gift packs in total. We will award one lucky team per Lone Star location across New Zealand.

Each winning sports pack includes:

  • A heavy-duty cooler: Keep team beverages ice cold, even during the hottest summer matches.

  • Gatorade drink bottles: Equip your players with professional-grade bottles to stay hydrated.

  • Drink bottle holders: Make transporting water to the sidelines easier for your coaches and volunteers.

  • Premium towels: Help the team wipe away the hard-earned sweat after a tough victory.

Important Dates to Remember

Do not miss your window to support your local legends. The competition officially kicks off on April 1, 2026. You have the entire month to gather your photos and write your entries, as the competition closes on April 30, 2026.

Make sure you submit your nomination before the final buzzer sounds at the end of the month. We will draw all 24 lucky winners on May 7, 2026.
