HOW DO I UPDATE?

  • Go to the App Store (for Apple Devices) or Google Play (for Android Devices) and search for Lone Star Loyal. The prompts from there are straightforward.

DO I HAVE TO UPDATE?

  • Yes. This is crucial for staying up to date with Lone Star promotions and for your App to run smoothly.

I HAVE BEEN LOGGED OUT & CAN’T GET BACK IN. WHAT DO I DO?

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app. It will automatically come with the new update and the login will work fine.

  • If you can't uninstall/reinstall the app at payment, you can log in via a browser. See HERE for more details.

  • Having trouble signing up on your device? No problem. You can sign up via a browser. See HERE for more details.

DOES THIS CHANGE THE REWARDS/POINTS I HAD BEFORE THE UPDATE?

  • No! You'll still have the points and rewards you've earned.

WHAT IS LONE STAR ROYAL?

  • Lone Star Royal is our new tier for our most loyal guests. Once you earn 2,000 or more points, you will graduate to Lone Star Royal and receive a $50 reward.
